AEW star Dustin Rhodes is working to rule out WWE returns and clarify his retirement plans.

Dustin Rhodes confirmed he signed a new multi-year agreement with AEW in December 2024, indicating that Dustin is planning to finish his career in promotions.

Despite fans pitching to Dustin for reunion with Cody in WWE, Dustin has stated several times that he has no intention of returning to WWE.

Dustin is now taking him to Twitter to deal with his plans and points out that he feels his time in WWE when Goldust runs that course.

Noting his passion for what he does at AEW, Rhodes writes:

“I had a great career as Goldust and I respected S**T from my time at WWE. Goldust ran that course.

“I’m completely back in my life as Dustin Rhodes. I have no dislike for them. I was 24 years old there.

“My passion is where I am, AEW. I look at all the companies.”

Dustin Rhodes is currently the double champion of ROH, hosting the ROH tag team championship with Sammy Guevara and the Six Man Tag team championship with Marshall & Ross Von Erich.
