When it appeared in Raw Recap, Big E provided an expert analysis of two important matchups formed in WWE. Brewing conflict between Pat McAfee vs. Gunther, Logan Paul and World Healvewight Champion Jey Uso in the backlash.
The dangerous possibility of guncers
Big E has expressed his true concern to commentator Pat McAfee.
“Of all the people I’ve seen since I went out, I’ve seen them appear on the main roster. I thought I was a real power that I imagined myself in the ring. Gunther is going to put it on you, I think Gunther is going to win that match and you need to worry about Putt.”
The former champion said Gunther’s complaints after losing the title made him particularly dangerous, comparing him to an old school wrestler who still returns from injuries with the cast to seek revenge.
Logan Paul’s legitimate threat
Despite his unconventional background, Big E acknowledges Logan Paul as a real threat to Jey Uso’s championship.
“He’s clearly a very athlete talented guy. He’s a guy that many of us are not rooted and I don’t want to see him do well. But he’s out there and beat the AJ style and he’s out there and plays an incredible match with the ruler of Rome.
Big E said that in just three weeks since Jey’s hard-earned championship reign, he is already facing an opponent who demonstrates his ability to compete with the talents of top WWE. The former champion warned that his abilities in the ring make him a legal championship competitor, regardless of how fans personally feel about Paul.
