Dr. Carlon M. Colker and Peak Wellness Inc. filed a honour and loss lawsuit against Attorney Ann Callis and Holland Law Firm, according to information obtained. Pwinsider. The lawsuit stems from allegations filed in Connecticut federal court on May 2 in connection with Janel Grant’s lawsuit against former WWE CEO Vince McMahon.
The 41-page complaint alleges that Charis made false statements in a press release and YouTube conference that linked Colker to unethical medical practices. Colker’s team claims that Karis ignored medical records that contradicted her claims, which she shared with the media and allegedly caused reputational damage.
According to the lawsuit, Grant was seen around 60 times, and was given a full explanation and “actively participated in treatment decisions.” The submission was injected personally by Dr. Kolker, expressly denying the grant, forcing him to receive an intravenous infusion so far, administering an unknown substance, or ineffective drug. Grant said he ended treatment in April 2022 without expressing any concerns.
The lawsuit includes a shipping manifesto that shows that the medical records have been delivered to Grant’s legal team despite public claims being withheld. Colker seeks compensation and punitive damages, claiming that Charis acted maliciously by spreading falsehood. Dutch law has been accused of not properly supervising the charis.
