Jordynne Grace heads for WWE NXT Battleground for a woman’s title shot

With a newly off-off of successful title defenses in the “WWE NXT” and “NXT” stands and delivery, NXT women’s champion Stephanie Vaquer claimed she is ready for the next one. After this week’s fiercely fought number one contender match, we know her future challenger identity.

In the main event of “NXT”, Jolding Race fought against Julia and won a title shot with Vaquer in the “NXT” Battleground Premium Live event. As expected, “Juggernaut” exploited her strength to exhaust Joshi’s outstanding. Still, Julia remained resilient with timely counters, including the Aurora Suplex that turned the DDT and the combat spirit that allowed her to bounce off the Michinoku driver and Superplex. But in the end, it wasn’t enough to endure the backfist and Grace driver who came quickly to secure the victory.

After her victory, Grace stared closely with the Verker in the ring as “NXT” aired. Vaquer claimed the NXT Women’s Championship in the title match against Julia on the “NXT” road block. In the next few weeks she held it on top of Jordin Grace, Julia, Haida Parker, Roxanne Perez and others.

The “NXT” Battlegrounds will be emanating from the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida on May 25th, with Joe Hendry also defending the TNA World Championship against Trick Williams. Elsewhere, quarter catch crew Milesborn won’t challenge Obafemi for the NXT Championship. This comes after Bone shocked the world and lasted longer than the other 24 men in Battle Royale.
