Sub-appearance Legion of Skanks podcastuploaded to YouTube a day before he passed away and made a calm turn when he was held about a cruel match with Joey Janela on GCW Joey Janela’s Spring Break 9.
The hardcore legend did not prevent us from explaining how things got out of control during the match of barbed wire on the ropes.
“There were so many more I wanted to do in that match, but I got knocked out along the way.” Sab said. “So they threw a bunch of bunches. [ __ ] And it wasn’t my match. ”
Sub went on to explain the aftermath of his disorientation, which was knocked out. “I woke up in a pool of blood. My eyes were open, but I don’t remember. My body was vibrating.” He remembered.
Despite being visibly upset, Sub insisted on continuing the match. “My manager came to me and he just said, ‘You’ve been knocked out.’ Yes, I thought I did it. And all this other [ __ ] It was continuing. So I waited until I got the bearings back. ” Sab said.
Reflecting on the brutality of wrestling with barbed wire, Sub shrugged it. “You feel it, but uh, you don’t put it. It’s as painful as you make it. If you’re afraid of it, it’s painful. You [ __ ]. It’s not that bad.” He added.
Sub’s final words on the podcast reveal a man who was abused, bleed, and refused to stop it, so he looks back. Just a day later, his death cast a harsh shadow on his explanation for that last match.
