Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling is scheduled to announce a special “Under Siege” event on Friday, May 23, 2025. The show promises championship clash nights, conspiracy between publicity, and personal rivalry in the High Stakes for wrestling fans.
In the main event, TNA World Champion Joe Hendry team will encounter a key tag team as they team up with Elijah to take on the horrifying duo of veteran Frankie Casarian and NXT standout Trick Williams. The match has roots in recent conflicts, including highlighting the partnership between TNA and WWE, including Williams, who has appeared in TNA programming to attack Hendry, and the ongoing tension that has flowed into NXT TV.
In Brampton, several TNA championships will be defended. Masha Slamovich is set to restore the TNA Knockout World Championship against the returning Victoria Crawford, known to many fans in WWE as Alicia Fox. The championship match also scrutinizes the performance of authorities Santino Marella’s TNA director as Crawford is allied with NXT’s Robert Stone.
At the TNA World Tag Team Championship, Nemeth Brothers’ Nic and Ryan Nemeth will defend the title against the newly formed team of wrestling legend Matt Hardy and rising star Leon Slater. After Nemeths first offered a rematch with the Hardys, the match took place and led Santino Marella to allow Matt Hardy to choose a new partner for this championship opportunity, knowing that Jeff Hardy would not be able to travel to Canada.
Another major title on the line is the TNA International Championship. This is because reigning champion Steve McLin faces a permanently popular and always ready Matt Cardona. Champions Ash defends the horrifying duo of Spitfire, consisting of the threats of Danilna and Jody, accompanied by a personal concierge, with Champions Ash. Spitfire will consider regaining the championship and proving control in the division.
The card also has some fascinating non-title single matches, with important implications. In a career-defining match, Cody Dean fights Eddie Dwards. If Dean wins, he will win a new TNA contract and add a layer of urgency to this contest.
