According to a report by Cultaholic, WWE is currently signing two prominent European wrestlers, Aegle Blanc from France and Mike D Vecchio from Belgium. The two performers are expected to join the company by September 2025 after a successful tryout at WWE earlier this year.
White Eagle
Aigle Blanc, translated into the French word “White Eagle,” is a masked wrestler who follows the tradition of Lucha Libre. As is conventional in Lucha Libre, his true identity remains private. He is known for his high-flying style and signature moves, including 450 splashes and a tombstone pile driver. Blanc won the APC Championship twice and hosted the WXW European Championship in 2024, establishing himself as a formidable competitor in the European wrestling scene.

Mike D. Vecchio, born in Mike Delader, is a Belgian professional wrestler who is currently hosting the WXW European Championship after beating Eigle Blanc in the title. He competes extensively across Europe’s independent wrestling circuits and has appeared in major promotions such as Impact Wrestling. Vecchio previously held the Golden Fleet Berlin and World Championships.
Both wrestlers recently competed in the Carnival 2025 tournament for all Japan Pro Wrestling (AJPW) champions as part of the B-block. They worked together on the final night of the tournament to challenge all Asian tag team titles against Yuma Anzai and Rising Hayato.
The pair took part in the WWE Tryout during the company’s European tour in late March 2025. Their signature further strengthens WWE’s commitment to employ international talent and expanding its global footprint.
Blanc and Vecchio will join the growth list of successful European wrestlers in WWE, bringing unique style and international experience to the company’s roster. WWE has not yet officially confirmed the signature.
