For the fifth time in three years, AEW will return to Toronto, Canada.

On Tuesday morning, it was announced that Toronto will become the 2025 AEW host city at Scottia Bank Arena on Saturday, September 20th. Prior to the announcement, AEW President Tony Kahn spoke with the Toronto Sun to share his thoughts on his company heading north of the border this fall.

“We can’t wait for AEW to return… It’s the first international AEW pay-per-view of all time. It’s traditionally one of the biggest pay-per-views. Outside of Jacksonville, Florida, during the Covid-19 pandemic, Toronto became the first city to cross Chicago, Illinois, and all the cities where events first came from.

Scotiabank Arena also featured the 2023 AEW/NJPW Forbidden Door.

“It was a great, great event. We really put it on Mount Rushmore, the best show we’ve ever done. It’ll be the high standard we set for ourselves in Toronto.” Karn also spoke about Toronto being one of the best wrestling markets in the world, where he reflected on his own experiences attending events in the city. “Toronto is one of the greatest wrestling cities on the planet,” he said. “When I was in college, I went to Toronto for spring break to watch wrestling. It’s definitely one of my top four wrestling cities on the planet.”

In addition to Toronto, AEW has traveled several times north in the last few years, with some of the top stars such as Cope, Christian Cage, Kenny Omega and Chris Jericho being Canadian. Tickets for All Out will be on sale at 10am on EST on Monday, June 2nd at Ticketmaster. Fans interested in other exclusive Presale opportunities can sign up at Allelitewrestling.com/aew-insider.
