No one denys that R-Truth is one of the funniest characters in WWE. R-truth He hasn’t been to the main event scene for a long time, but whenever the truth is on TV, he thoroughly entertains his fans.

Over the years, Truth has done many comedy stye with WWE programming. One of the most memorable is his imaginary friend, Little Jimmy. Fans enjoyed watching the truth and Little Jimmy on TV, but most didn’t know about Little Jimmy’s origin story, as the character was created over a decade ago.

Little Jimmy started out as a joke

Gimmick started during R-Truth’s 2011 heel run

  • R-Truth fought John Cena for the WWE Championship at Capitol Punsion.
  • He was smoking behind the scenes. There, the origins of the gimmick began.
  • Little Jimmy was meant to be insulted.

Like most of the past WWE, Vince McMahon was behind Little Jimmy’s creation, but this was not intentional. In 2011, R-Truth rebutted John Cena at the WWE Championship and was set to punishment for Main Event Capitol along with him. It was during this storyline that Truth introduced the little Jimmy character.

In the Pod of E&C’s Greatness, the 53-time 24-hour 7-day champion revealed that McMahon once smoked behind the scenes, so he booked a segment where the truth smokes raw cigarettes like a rib. He was a heel so McMahon was hoping that fans would boo him, but this segment instead gained a position response. McMahon asked him to call his fans “Little Jimmies” as an insult to get heat, but this Schtick has overcome it with the fans to make the truth even more popular.

Little Jimmy continued to “appear” in WWE

R-Truth sometimes regains the character

  • R-Truth has released a song called “For Little Jimmy.”
  • R-Truth said Little Jimmy was sent to Juvenile Camp, which is why he didn’t show up much.
  • Little Jimmy is back on an episode of NXT.

Little Jimmy Styk was dropped shortly after creation, but the character continues to appear occasionally in WWE. Although you can’t see the invisible friends of truth, the duo can create some hilarious segments.

Fans probably don’t know this, but in 2013 R-Truth released a song named after an imaginary friend called “For Little Jimmy.” In the intro he was telling his doctor about Little Jimmy. When the former asked about their first meeting, the truth made a full rap about it. The music video ended with the doctor receiving a call from Little Jimmy. WWE once published an invisible photo (intentionally pun) of Little Jimmy on its website. This gave fans insight into his development, his daily life and hobbies.

A few years ago, the truth talked with Little Jimmy about why he went missing from WWE programming. He reveals that Little Jimmy was trapped in a boys camp and had saved money to drive him out of it. The truth explained, “He went the wrong path like many kids” and “he was pressured and affected by the wrong things.”

His recent appearance came when Little Jimmy appeared on NXT along with the truth and was attacked by Grayson Waller. This happened just before the truth was injured during a match with Waller the same night.

R-Truth again refutes John Cena

He will face a childhood hero now on the heels

  • Cena and the Truth will fight the main event on Saturday night.
  • They will face off in matches other than the title.
  • It’s the perfect time to get Little Jimmy back.

Over the past few weeks, R-Truth has been interacting with John Cena more. Cena is the person who has praised the truth many times in the past as his childhood friend. However, the two are set to fight again after he said some things that upset Cena with the backlash, leading to him being placed on the table at a post-show press conference. This time, we will be in matchups other than the title.

This is a purely nostalgia-based coincidence. It was in 2011 that Cena and Truth last had a one-on-one feud. However, it would be interesting to see a callback to Little Jimmy, the character that emerged during the initial feud, happening here. If he had time to make a comeback, it would be the main event on Saturday night.
