Behind the scenes news from Derby Allin and MJF, aew double or Nothing 2025 availability

This weekend, all elite wrestling heads to the desert towns of Glendale, Arizona. This is a very different scene from Mount Everest, which Derby Allin recently conquered. Still, many fans are eagerly waiting for Allin to return to AEW TV, and Glendale has no double or anything as a hopeful landing spot. But is that actually possible?

According to a new report from Fightful Select, the appearance from Double or Nothing’s Allin is not impossible. That still seems unlikely, given other reports that will circle the summer months as his realistic return time frame. Allin last wrestled in December 2024 as part of the Continental Classic. Among them, he scored seven points in the limited draw alongside Ricochet, winning courtesy to Commander and Will Osprey.

Elsewhere, Fighful provided an update on the availability of former AEW champion Maxwell Jacob Friedman, who recently cemented his position as the newest member of the Heart Syndicate. Two of the existing members, Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin, will defend the AEW World Tag Team Championship with Dustin Rhodes and Sammy Guebara in double or notes on May 25th. On the afternoon of Saturday, May 24th, MJF is advertised for a photo OP and autograph session at the Toy Temple Collectibles Store in Arizona.

When participating in Hurt Syndicate, MJF has pledged to help Benjamin and Lashley own the AEW Tag Team Championship. In return, he asked to support his mission to regain the AEW World Championships.
