Former TNA X-Division and Tag Team Champion Ace Austin has officially left TNA wrestling. The departure comes as Austin’s contract with Promotion expired.

According to the report, TNA Wrestling was engaged in negotiations with the 28-year-old standout for a new contract. However, the two parties were unable to ultimately build terms on the new deal, and in 2019, Austin, which he first signed, said in Yahoo Sports’ latest “D’Amore Drop” column that Austin and TNA wrestled on friendly terms.

Austin’s final appearance on TNA Wrestling will appear in tonight’s weekly television episode. He was featured in a match against Mustafa Ali, marking the end of his current running.

During his time at TNA, Ace Austin achieved remarkable success and was consistently highlighted as one of his young talents. He is a multiple-time TNA X-Division Champion, a title that is historically related to some of the most innovative and exciting wrestlers in the industry.

Beyond his singles achievements, Austin has achieved considerable success in the tag team division along with his partner Chris Bey. As a member of “The ABC” (Ace & Bey Connection) and the Bullet Club, they won the TNA World Tag Team Championships, further strengthening Austin’s reputation as a versatile and valuable performer.

Austin is known for his “inevitable” persona and high-flying technical ring style, and is a consistent standout at TNA as both a singles competitor and a tag team specialist. His departure is felt in both departments.

With his ejection from TNA Wrestling, 28-year-old Ace Austin is now a free agent in professional wrestling scenery. Given his age, experience and past championship success, he is expected to become the talent he is sought after by other promotions.
