NXT Worlds Collide is officially back. It already brings international heat to the cards.
Episode from May 23, 2025 smack downWWE announced: Legad Del Fantasma will face off against Top Aaa Stars El Hijo Dr. Wagner Jr., Psycho Clown and Pagano at the event on June 7th.
The announcement came directly from Santos Escobar in a behind-the-scenes segment that added serious personal weight to the match. Speaking to Angel and Hambert, Escobar reveals that despite the tension, the family will be the first to come. “Like other families, there were discussions and differences, but there were real moments of connection.” Santos said. “It’s about business. It’s together to represent the best this home has to offer.”
Escobar then confirmed it “Psycho Clown, the son of Dr. Wagner Jr., and Pagano, will become the Ghost of the Worlds Collied.” ” The AAA trio are known for their wild, intense lucha style. Now we head straight to Escobar, Angel and Hambel in front of a packed crowd at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California.
This match is not just a cross-promotional showdown, but a personal test for Legad. The angel questioned Hambert’s loyalty, so Santos stopped him with a simple message: “Let him go. He’ll understand.” That one line spoke volume. This is about redemption and pride, not just brand wars.
The NXT Worlds Collide has been on the shelves since 2022, but the match revealed that it has grown its 2025 return. Combining WWE’s NXT talent with AAA’s Top Le Cador adds serious international talent. Fans are already hoping for fireworks.
