The first match of the WWE & AAA Worlds Collide event, which will be held in Los Angeles on June 7th, has been confirmed.
As announced as part of AAA’s WWE acquisition last month, the event will also feature talent from WWE main roster, Mexican AAA promotion and WWE’s NXT brand.
The first match of Worlds Collide was confirmed in tonight’s episode of SmackDown on May 23rd.
Last week, to put the belt aside, Legad del Fantasma leader Santos Escobar said there was something big in the trio’s pipeline.
This week, Escobar, Angel and Belt meet for dinner, where Escobar reveals what his plan is.
He said three men organized to clash in a six-man tag match to clash in the world.
It was then confirmed that their enemies were a trio of the AAA trio – El Hyo de Wagner Jr., Psycho Piero, Pagano.
The World Clash will take place on the afternoon of June 7th from the Kia Forum in LA.
It was also confirmed that during SmackDown the show will be live streamed on YouTube in both English and Spanish.
