La Knight secured his second spot for upcoming Men’s Money in a bankrader match with a victory during “WWE Smackdown.”

The Knight faces Nakamura Shu Island, a rival of the previous US Championship, and recently returned Aleister Black fought in the triple threat qualifiers he fought during the three generations of the “black and gold” era of “WWE NXT”. Knight and Black work together to remove Nakamura from the equation early, turning their attention to each other and becoming caught by Nakamura when he returns. Nakamura and Kuro continued to trade kicks and various strikes throughout the match, meshing kickboxing and Muay Thai styles against the “strong style” coded in the former Shit Ryu Karate.

Knight proved to be an outlier in the way that ultimately benefited him, and as the Black and Nakamura continued to wear each other, he returned to the fight and fought. He was caught up in the black speed, first with Taupe’s Swamp and then with Senton on the floor, followed by his signature Moonzoo from top rope to floor. But ultimately he won the match when he tried throughout, taking advantage of Nakamura hitting a black chunk and throwing black out of the ring to make the final cover. Knight is currently taking part in Solosicore in bank ladder matches with four competitors.
