Two famous AEW stars reportedly await visa renewal

Two of AEW’s top signers had been off television for a while about where Japanese top wrestlers Kotaibushi and Hikarushida disappeared. Luckily, as Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter pointed out, they haven’t been off the show due to injuries. Rather, it is because of their visa status, as both stars are waiting for the conformation of visa renewal.

As of the time of reporting, Ibushi is reportedly in good health. The past few years have been testing time for the “Golden Star” who had consecutive injuries to the shoulders and ankles. He appears to have returned to training to 193 pounds. He was the mystery partner in the 2023 Blood and Guts Match with Golden Enthusiast partner Kenny Omega, which led to the former IWGP World heavyweight champion becoming AEW. After his debut, he wrestled in several multiman contests and eventually signed a promotion for Tony Khan in November 2023.

As for the former three-time AEW Women’s World Champion, Fern’s final match was on November 20, 2024, the edition of “AEW Dynamite” against Chris Stattalander. While awaiting her visa renewal, Omega has been grooming her pussy here in the US.
