On May 23rd, in the WWE Smackdown edition, Julia made her impressive ring-in-ring debut for the Blue brand, winning the women’s money spot in the bank ladder match. Julia not only won WWE’s most decorated female star Charlotte Flair, but also won the victory of submission against female US champion Zelina Vega.
After the match, Julia enjoyed the victory, stating, “Smackdown! I’m here! And soon bank money.”
The match was emotional for Julia, not just for bank outlook money. We are celebrating the fifth anniversary of the death of Hana Kimura, Julia’s best friend, who passed away in 2022. After the match, Julia nodded to her friends, many who died.
Now Julia has moved to bank money and will be joining the all-star cast of superstars in this year’s women’s ladder match. Alongside the beautiful madness, Roxanne Perez, Lea Ripley and Alexa Bliss are qualified. Next week at SmackDown, you will be able to see one of two remaining spots with Naomi, Niajax and Jade Cargill.
