Booker T believes these two top WWE vets will be a “money match”

WWE Hall of Famer Booker T took him to his “Hall of Fame” podcast and picked out what he thought would be one of the best wrestling programs at WWE’s table. The former champion thinks the feud between CM Punk and AJ’s style is great to make a lot of money.

Both Punk and Stiles have wrestled for over 25 years, but outside of a few matches at Ring of Honor, they actually didn’t have a meaningful program.

“I think it has to be a match that’s a match that’s on the radar somewhere on the road. He and AJ’s style, I want to see that. I think it’s a match for money. I think it’s a match for marquee everywhere.

Since his game returned to WWE in late 2023, punk has been on fire, and it has returned to the pipe bomb era punk above WWE. Meanwhile, Style swirled around WWE for the majority of his career, making his name at TNA and New Japan Pro Wrestling, making his debut at Royal Rumble 2016.

But what some fans may forget is that the two have had problems in the past. In 2020, Punk took shots in AJ style to stay quietly about racial inequality with her tongue in a cheek comment. Stiles then fought back with the claim that he didn’t respect Punk.

Recently things seem to have been smoothing out between the two. However, that friction can be paused and rekindled at any time.
