Karl Anderson, a professional wrestler for the tag team “The Good Brothers,” recently announced a key personal milestone in over 500 days of drinking.

On an episode of the “Talk n Shop” podcast, Anderson shared his drinking journey with listeners, raising toast.

“A machine gun is like a calm day like 500 years old stone. I feel great. Don’t drink beer,” Anderson said. He enthusiastically described his positive impact on his health and his wrestling performance.

Anderson is currently recovering from a shoulder injury, including a torn rotator cuff and partially torn lips. After surgery in November, he is facing an expected recovery period of six to nine months.

Anderson and his tag team partner Luke Gallows were released by WWE in February. They will discuss their departure and future plans on May 8th.
