WWE Unveils Exciting Rare Live Event in the US!

WWE has announced a rare domestic live event that is not televised, called the “WWE Super Show,” scheduled for Saturday, July 19, 2025, at the American Bank Center in Corpus Christi, Texas.

This event is a significant addition to WWE’s lineup, as the company has recently scaled back the number of house shows it hosts outside of international tours and the annual Christmas season in the U.S.

The Texas live event will occur just one week after AEW’s Texas Pay-Per-View and in the same weekend as WWE’s major event in Atlanta, Evolution 2.

The Super Show will feature talent from both Raw and SmackDown, positioned conveniently between SmackDown’s July 18th taping in San Antonio and Raw’s July 21st taping in Houston. Wrestlers expected to appear include Cody Rhodes, Jayuso, Gunther, Jacob Fatu, Solosicore, Tiffany Stratton, Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez, Realiply, Seth Rollins, Kofi Kingston, and Xavier Woods.

Tickets for the event in Corpus Christi will go on sale Friday, June 13th.

Fan Take: This rare non-televised live event is a great opportunity for WWE fans in Texas to see top superstars in action up close, showing WWE is still invested in the live house show experience. It could also signal a revival of more frequent live events outside of major televised programming, benefiting the sport by reconnecting wrestlers with fans in a more intimate setting.
