The show begins with a WrestleMania video package.
Joe Tessitore and Corey Graves then welcomed us to the show and we saw a red truck arrive at the arena and Randy Orton and Pat McAfee make an appearance. Nick Aldis showed up and handed them a contract. Later, Pat reads his contract carefully and tells Aldis that he is a self-made millionaire. Orton said he would handle it and go to the ring. Pat then gives Aldis the keys and signs the contract.
Then Randy Orton’s music hits and he makes his way down to the ring. Then Randy grabbed the microphone and started saying he was the first to admit it. Then Randy says he doesn’t need Pat McAfee. Then Randy says that he really wants him. Then Randy says he’s the only straight shooter in the company. Randy then says that Pat doesn’t tell him what he wants to hear, he tells him what he needs to hear. Then Randy says he needed to hear that all he needed was her. Then Randy says who would have thought? Then Randy said he was ready. Then Randy says he was listening to Pat’s story. Randy then says that since he won the floor fight, he will face Drew McIntyre. Randy then says he doesn’t have a problem with Drew, but knew he could beat him and bring the title back to St. Louis.
Randy then says that Cody Rhodes has regained the title. Then Randy says he was friends with Cody. Randy then says he couldn’t hurt his friend. Randy then says that he gave Cody permission to be him. Then Randy says who needs to be allowed to be himself. Then Randy said he was the one who wrote the book. Then Randy says he heard that voice. Then Randy said that Abu’s cocky son gave him permission to be. Then Randy says that there is give and take in friendship. Randy then told Cody that all he did was give and Cody only took. And Randy says tomorrow is the main event of WrestleMania.
Randy then says that two years ago, Cody needed a friend to have his back, so he called Seth Rollins. Then Randy says he didn’t call. Then Randy says all he has to do is receive. Randy then says that Solo’s lineage is now Cody. Randy then said that as a friend, he was there to protect his back, but was put on that table after dealing with career-threatening back surgery. Then Randy says all Cody has to do is receive. Randy then said that he gave the title match to his friend at the time, Kevin Owens. Then Randy said, wouldn’t you know it, what would Kevin do as a friend of Cody, turning against Cody? Randy then says he has confidence in himself and tries to reason with Kevin. Then, Randy says that he was decapitated by a piledriver. That, Randy says, almost wiped out the rest of his career. Then Randy says all Cody did was take.
Randy then says that Pat McAfee has helped him more than Cody has ever done in his life. Then Randy says Pat won’t tarnish his legacy. And Randy said, you’ve tarnished my legacy. And Randy says tomorrow night he’ll right the wrong, write his legacy, and take 15th place. Then Randy says he’ll use the most dangerous three letters in sports entertainment. Then Randy says RKO.
We then see Pat in the truck and Nick outside. Pat then says that’s what a WWE Superstar looks like. And he says he had good words with upper management. Pat and Randy then drive off at high speed.
MFT then makes his way down to the ring for the first match of the night, followed by Wyatt Sixx.
8-person tag team street fight: MFT (Solo Chicoa, Tama Tonga, Tonga Roa, JC Mateo) vs. Wyatt Sixx (Uncle Howdy, Erick Rowan, Joe Gacy, Dexter Lumis)
The match begins with the Wyatts charging into the ring and they chase MFT. Howdy and Solo then fight on the floor while Gacy, Loomis, and Rowan take care of Tara, and Tara is eventually sent to the floor. Gacy then landed a suicide dive and Lumis landed a flip dive. Rowan then sends Roa into the ringside barrier. Tara then punches Gacy and Loomis hits the steps and throws it to Rowan and he gets it. JC then sends Lumis into the ring steps. Tara then chops Lumis. Roa pins Gacy down and Mateo punches Roa. Solo then kicks Lumis. Tama then kicks Loomis and JC chops Gacy. Rowan then kicks JC and sends him into the ring. Rowan then sends Tara into the ring post.
Rowan then hits some clotheslines on Tama and JC. Rowan then hits a spinning heel kick on JC. Tama then hits Rowan from behind, but Rowan hits a crossbody. Rowan then grabs Solo, but Solo hits him with a kendo stick. Gacy then punches JC and Loomis chops him. Gacy and Loomis then hit chops. Loomis then rakes his eyes out and Tara punches him. Roa then pins Howdy to the ropes as Solo hits him with a kendo stick. Solo then attacks Howdy again. Solo then asked Tonga to heal Howdy, and Tonga peppered him with a few kicks and punches in the corner. Gacy then hits a handspring clothesline on Tonga and he and Lumis hit a belly-to-back/neckbreaker combination.
Loomis then hits a solo legdrop and Gacy kicks Tara off the apron. Loomis then hits a rolling monkey flip and a sitout powerbomb from Gacy for a near fall. JC then hits a German suplex on Gacy and a spinning belly-to-back suplex on Loomis. JC then hits a German suplex. JC then kicks Howdy into the corner. Howdy then punches JC, but Tara grabs Howdy and hits a suplex. Tara then hits a Running Samoan Undrop on Loomis and Gacy. Rowan then trips JC, Rowan lunges at Tara, Tara tries to get him up but Rowan hits a dropkick and he hits a suicide dive.
Rowan then throws something into the ring, and the rest of Wyatt does the same. Rowan and Howdy then hit Solo with a trash can. Rowan then puts the can on Solo and he hits a splash. Gacy then punches Tonga to the floor, but Tonga hits an Irish whip and sends Gacy into the ring steps. Rowan then hits JC with a kendo stick and sends him into the announce desk. Tonga then hits Howdy with a kendo stick. JC then hits Lumis and Rowan with a kendo stick. Nikki says something to Tonga, but Tonga strangles Gacy with a kendo stick.
Nikki then gets the trash can. Solo then returns to the ring with a chair. Solo then sets up a chair in the ring and sends Howdy face first into the chair. Solo then grabs a kendo stick and sits in front of Howdy. Solo then hits Howdy with a kendo stick. Solo then slams Howdy into the corner with a chair top. Solo then sets up a running hip to the corner and hits it. He then says that this is the end of his solo. Solo then lands a few punches in the corner. Solo then sets up for a running hip again, but Howdy moves and Solo hits the turnbuckle. Howdy then hit Solo in the back with a chair and he hit Tonga and JC. Howdy then slams Uranage into a chair.
Howdy then drops Roa off the apron and Nikki goes up top and hits a crossbody on Roa. Howdy then goes for Sister Abigail, but he takes too long and Tara hits him with a boot. Solo then hits a frog splash on Tara, but Gacy breaks the cover with a kendo stick. Gacy and Loomis then hit Tara with kendo sticks. Tara then stops them and hits a double chokeslam. Rowan then hits Tara with a chair, but Tara feels nothing. Tara and Rowan then go over the top rope. Tonga also blocks Sister Abigail with a solo and hits a reverse DDT. Tonga then went for a cutthroat, but Solo spiked the Samoan for the win.

After the match, Solo talks to Tama, but Tama seems dissatisfied.
R-Truth and Damian Priest then walk behind them and Truth says they are welcoming a new day. Priest then said they were on RAW. Truth then says that Asuka put a curse on them. Then the priest tries to explain the situation. Truth then says that Woods will make Sammy Sosa white and speak with a British accent. The priest then says that Waller is from Australia. Truth then tells Priest that he has to get it together.
Later, The Miz and Maryse renew their vows and Danhausen shows up. The Miz yells at Danhausen, but Kit Wilson says he can curse the bride, which Danhausen does. Maryse is then sent inside the cake and Danhausen tastes it. Then Danhausen says it’s vanilla.
Next, we get the Lois Keyes video package. Lois says she’s one of the few people she knows from East Palo Alto who is living the dream. Afterwards, we met him in our old neighborhood. Then he asked for a moment to calm down. Lois then says that her mother was going to watch over him. Lois then says she was proud of him. Lois then says that she has to work hard because of her mother. Lois then said that her sister told her that their mother was proud of her children. Lois then said her memories kept him going. Lois then says that Mark Henry says that emotions are not a crutch. And Lois said that expressing your emotions makes you stronger. Lois then said that her mother was proud of him.
Next, let’s take a look at what happened between Drew McIntyre and Jacob Fatu last week.
A police car is then seen arriving at the arena, entering the parking lot and heading to the stage. Jacob Fatu then comes out of the police car and gets on top of the car. Fatu asks Drew if he wants to tell the world that he is still a criminal. Fatu then says are you doubling back? Fatu then told her that she was not ashamed of her life and that she could talk about it as much as she wanted. Then Fatu says he won’t live like that anymore. Fatu then asks if he thought he would be embarrassed if he was handcuffed in front of his family. Fatu said it didn’t bother him at all. Then Fatu says the police know he’s not the same man anymore. Fatu says this is the place of twist. And Fatu says there will be an unsanctioned match tomorrow night.
Fatu says that means there’s no Nick Aldis, no security, no military, and the SWAT team can’t stop him. Then Fatu says no one can save you. Fatu then said he wanted a clear view. Fatu then says that if you’re going to put him back in that cell when he changes his life, he’s already put it behind him. Then Fatu says the truth is when he’s done punching your a**le, he’s going to put Drew there. Fatu says this from behind. And Fatu says you’ll see him swing it tomorrow night. And Fatu said he was going to walk Drew’s dog tomorrow night.
We then see Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair in the locker room. Alexa talks about what she did to Charlotte. She then said that she won the tag titles with her best friend. Charlotte then says it would be great if they could win the title. Alexa says they have to defeat Bayley and Lyla tonight. Then Alexa said that they will always be friends. Charlotte then says that friendship is very important, but what about winning the title? Alexa then walks away.
Next, we will see the reveal of the WWE WrestleMania 42 set.
Damian Priest and R-Truth then make their way down to the ring for the next match of the night, followed by Kofi Kingston and Grayson Waller.
WWE Tag Team Championship Match: Damian Priest and R-Truth (c) vs. The New Day’s Kofi Kingston and Grayson Waller
The match starts with Priest and Waller, with Waller landing a few punches. Waller then avoided a slam and Priest blocked an O’Connor roll. Priest then hit a boot to Waller, who sent Waller into the corner and hit a few punches and an uppercut. Truth then tags in and hits a corkscrew flying forearm while Priest hits a side Russian leg sweep. Truth then lands a few punches in the corner. Waller then drops Truth into the top turnbuckle. Kofi then tags in and Waller hits a forearm that knocks Priest off the apron. Truth then does a split and punches Kofi and Waller. Waller then drops the ropes and Kofi distracts the referee and Truth falls to the floor.
Waller then mocks the truth and Priest grabs Waller. Kofi then hits a sliding baseball on Priest. Kofi then sends Truth back into the ring and he hits a kick to Truth. Kofi then hits a dropkick into the corner for a near fall. Waller then tags in and hits a forearm. Waller then hits a snapmare and a dropkick to the back. Waller then landed a punch, knocking Priest off the apron. Waller then hit a forearm, knocking Priest off the apron. Waller then hits an elbow, Priest distracts the referee, and no count is taken. Waller then strangles Truth with the ropes. Truth then throws a flurry of punches and Waller hits a dropkick to the leg.
Kofi then tags in and hits Truth with a kick. Kofi then puts a waistlock on Truth to keep him from making the tag. Kofi then trips Truth and Truth loses his shoe. Waller then dropped his shoe on the floor and Kofi hit a chop off the turnbuckle for a near fall. Waller then tags in and kicks Truth. Truth then blocks a suplex and hits an inside cradle for a near fall. Waller then hits a rolling elbow and Kofi tags in. Then Kofi hits a famous assaulter and Waller covers when he’s not legal, so he hits a springboard elbow drop for a nearfall.
Kofi then hits a boot to the chest. Waller then made a blind tag, but Kofi wasn’t happy. Truth then sends Kofi into the turnbuckle. Priest then tags in and lands a few forearms and kicks. Priest then hits a few elbows in the corner, followed by a flatliner on Kofi. Then Priest goes to the ropes and hits an old school crossbody. Priest then goes for a rebound elbow, but Waller blocks it. Waller then misses a rolling elbow and Priest hits a rebound clothesline for a near fall. Truth then gets on the apron and Kofi tags in. Truth also tags in and hits two flying shoulder tackles and a blue thunder bomb. Priest then slams Waller. Truth and Priest then hit the Double Five Knuckle Shuffle. Priest and Truth then assisted Waller with a flatliner for the win.

Next, let’s take a look at the Undisputed WWE Championship match.
Jade Cargill’s music then hits and she makes her way down to the ring with Michin and B-Fab. Jade then grabs the microphone, but before she can speak or ask for approval, Rhea Ripley interrupts. Rhea then heads to the apron and tells Jade that she wanted to get out before she wasted everyone’s time. Rhea then says that she wants to face Jade right now, but doesn’t want her to have any excuses at WrestleMania. Leah then says that she’s not usually a patient person. Rhea then says she’s glad Jade didn’t have to get in the ring and kick her ass. Rhea then says you didn’t give her a chance to meet her in person. Rhea then says it’s because you are scared. Rhea then says she can’t wait to embarrass Jade at WrestleMania.
Then Fab says you’re the only one who’s embarrassed. And she says you keep coming looking for Jade but you fail. Rhea then says that she has no chance to come and pick her up. Rhea then says all you did was hide because you won at Elimination Chamber. Rhea then says you are hiding behind them and behind social media. Then Leah says you are doing everything to avoid seeing her. Rhea then says this is your last chance to say something to yourself. Then Jade said she had this. Jade then asks if she’s scared of a cosplay goth kid with anxiety. Jade then says that she is everything Rhea ever wanted. Then Jade says something really awful. Jade then says that since the locker room is weak, she can do whatever she wants. Then Jade says that she is sparing Rhea. Jade says she will bring the belt and beat A**.
Rhea laughs and says she wants to be like Jade. Rhea then says that she has fought people like Jade throughout her career. Then she asked me, do you think your anxiety is holding you back? And she said they made her who she is today. And she said she’s a multiple-time world champion. She then said that if they wanted to succeed quickly at WrestleMania, they could do it. She then says it’s not in your best interest and calls Jade a narcissistic piece of shit. Jade then holds up the women’s championship belt and looks at Rhea. Jade then leaves the ring.
Next, Solo Chicoa will perform with MFT. He says they worked together as a team. Tama then sarcastically agrees that it’s something they did as a team. Solo then tells Tara to win the battle royale and bring him the trophy. Solo then says he plans to talk to Nick about regaining the tag titles.
Tiffany Stratton then makes her way down to the ring for the next match of the night, followed by Jordynne Grace.
WWE Women’s United States Championship #1 Contenders Match: “The Juggernaut” Jordyn Grace vs. Tiffany Stratton
The match begins with both women shaking hands and locking up. Tiffany then hits a leapfrog as Grace locks in a side headlock. Grace then tries to get Tiffany up, but Tiffany does a sunset flip for a near fall. Tiffany then misses a roundhouse kick. They then lock up again and Grace hits a forearm. Tiffany then does a back handspring. Grace then goes for a hip toss, but Tiffany counters with a facebuster for a near fall. Grace then backs Tiffany into the turnbuckle and she hits a clothesline for two. Tiffany then avoids a clothesline, but Grace shoulders Tiffany and slams her into the ropes with a hot shot, hitting a clothesline for a near fall. Tiffany then blocks a pumphandle slam, but Grace hits a few knees and a short arm clothesline.
Grace then hits a chop to the back of the neck and a clothesline to the throat and back of the neck. Tiffany then hits a running back elbow. Tiffany then sends Grace into the turnbuckles and she kicks Grace. Tiffany then hits a suplex and she floats up for a near fall. Tiffany then strangles Grace with a rope. Tiffany then hits a running hip to the back for a near fall. Grace then pushes Tiffany away and Tiffany hits a few kicks and a forearm. Tiffany then hits a back elbow for a near fall. Then Grace hits an Irish whip and a standing powerslam. Grace then hits a Vader Bomb for a near fall. Grace then hits a few forearms in the corner. Tiffany then hits a kick and goes for a suplex in the corner, but Grace puts Tiffany in the turnbuckle.
Grace then hits a superplex and rolls, but Tiffany counters with a DDT. Tiffany and Grace then trade forearms and chops. Tiffany then hits a kick and a headbutt, but she goes for a double stomp and Grace counters with a sunset flip. Tiffany then hits a headbutt and a dropkick for a near fall. Grace then hits a kick and sticks the cat skin on the apron. Grace then hits a few headbutts into the ropes. Grace then gets Tiffany to her feet and hits a rolling Death Valley Driver. Grace then hits a package sitout powerbomb for a near fall. Grace then goes for a verte breaker, but Tiffany escapes and hits a handspring cutter. Tiffany then hit the Finlay Slam and Prettiest Moonsault Ever for the win.

Trick Williams is then seen walking through the backstage area.
Trick Williams’ music then plays and he makes his way down to the ring. Trick then grabbed the microphone and started saying that he usually comes out with a smile, profits and jokes, but tonight was different. Trick then said that he had something on his mind and that he was going to talk to him about it. Trick then tells Sami Zayn to show him the video because he crossed the line last week. A clip is then shown where Zayn hits Lil Yachty with a helluva kick, but Trick wins the match. Trick then says that Zayn hit Lil Yachty with a helluva kick last week. Trick then says that Zayn hit his friend with a helluva kick last week, and Trick says that last week Zayn hurt his friend with a helluva kick. Trick then says he doesn’t know when Lil Yachty will come back. And Trick says he’ll be back tomorrow or Sunday. Then, Trick says, Zayn did something worse than hurting his friend, hurting Trick’s entrance at WrestleMania with a helluva kick.
Then Trick says he won’t wait until Sunday. Trick then tells Gingerbread Man to come out as the adults are talking and says he’s going to run an errand. Sami’s music then plays and someone in a gingerbread man costume appears. Trick then asks the music to be cut and the gingerbread man enters the ring. Trick then introduces Sami Zayn, the gingerbread man. Trick then tells Sami that he should be mad, but as he stares at him, Sami appears to be mad himself. Trick then asks what’s going on and asks if there weren’t any die-hard Sami Zayn fans in San Jose last week. Trick then says there might be some hardcore Sami Zayn fans tonight, and the fans boo.
And Trick says maybe all the die-hard Sami Zayn fans are in a boring situation. And the trick is, when life hands you lemons, put on your lemon pepper steppers and mind your business when the adults are talking. And Trick said Sunday that this is about him, his first WrestleMania and his moment to win the title, and he will do what it takes to win the title. Trick then says he’s going to hoop something, and the fans sing the trick to whoop. Then Sami Zayn comes out and says, “That’s weird,” and the fans boo. Sami then says that Trick is having so much fun and that he’s glad he’s taking his first WrestleMania seriously. Sami then says that she wishes she could have had as much fun as she did now, but she hasn’t had a good time in a long time.
Sami then competed at WrestleMania as United States Champion, but said he wasn’t having a great time. Sami then says that from the sound of things, it sounds like a lot of the fans here haven’t been having much fun lately. Sami then says he doesn’t know what he did wrong, but the truth is he’s doing this because he does this and he does this every day for Sami Zayn’s fans. Sami then said that he is the one who has been with him since day one. Sami then steps into the ring. Sami then says, “Make no mistake, Sami Zayn from Ride or Die has a lot of fans in Las Vegas and they’ll be in his corner at WrestleMania.” Then fans yelled, “Shut up!” Sami then said that ever since Trick showed up on SmackDown and interrupted him, everyone was talking about Trick like he was the future of the industry, and he agreed.
Sami says, but he hasn’t shown much yet. Sami then said that he has a great entrance, a catchy catchphrase, and can drop a pretty decent diss track, but he hasn’t shown anything when it matters, in the ring, when it matters. Sami then says that after watching Trick, he can’t see a future in the business. Sami then says that she thinks she’s a bit of a punk newbie. Sami then said that the guys who are about to go to their first WrestleMania are about to face the best of all time. Sami then said that instead of taking things seriously, he went into the biggest match of his life without any plans.
Trick then tells him that he has a plan. Trick then said he had been here for four months. And Trick said that when Sami was combing his hair right now, Sami’s breath smelled like ten pounds of bounce. Trick then says that Sami can’t find Zayn anymore, but he’s Zayn, one of the most respected guys in the locker room, he has all the titles, but he threw it all away because this rookie went into the match. Trick asks Sami, who has no plans, to look at him while he talks to him. Trick then said let’s talk about it because the truth is he’s going to get the job done.
Sami then said that he thought Trick was a big plan to be in the ring two days before WrestleMania with the Gingerbread Man. Trick then says he is standing in the ring with two gingerbread men. Sami then throws the title and hits a trick right hand. Trick then hits a right hand, but Sami hits a clothesline and Trick is sent out of the ring. Sami turned around and saw the gingerbread man in the corner. Sami then hits the gingerbread man with a helluva kick. He then turns around and Trick attacks him with a trick shot. Trick then holds the US title in the air and Trick’s music hits.
We then see Cody Rhodes getting off the tour bus.
Next, we get the tag team video package for the WrestleMania 42 Women’s Tag Team Championship Fatal 4-Way Match.
Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss then make their way down to the ring for the next match of the night, followed by Bayley and Lyla Valkyria.
Tag match: Sharlexa (“The Queen” Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss) vs. Bayley and Lyra Valkyrie
The match begins with Flair bouncing off the ropes and knocking Lyla off the turnbuckle, and Lyla and Flair exchange words. Laila then hits him with a few forearms. Lyla then hits a spinning heel kick on Flair and Bayley is sent into the ring steps. Nia then hits a splash on Lyla and Rush attacks Alexa. Rush then hits a bicycle kick on Flair. Nia and Rush then hit Bayley with a few splashes. Layla then hits a forearm on Rush and Nia drives Layla to the mat.
The tag team match ends in a no contest!
After the match, Rush and Nia defeat Flair, Bliss, Valkyrie, and Bayley. Legend then runs Flair over with a big boot, but Bayley jumps on Nia’s spine. Rush then comes to Nia’s aid, but Lyla hits Rush with a few right hands. Rush then nails her and holds Lyla in place as Nia flies off the middle rope. Rush and Nia then stand proudly in the ring holding up the women’s tag team championship belts.
Now let’s look at Oba Femi and Brock Lesnar.

Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royale
The match began with Gargano lying on the mat, and Kit Wilson tripped Gargano, resulting in the loss to Hendry. Frazier then hangs on and kicks Sabin. Axiom then sends Sabin to the apron and Sabin gets Frazier to his feet and they trade punches. Frazier then hits a thrust kick, Sabin hits a boot and Frazier holds. Hill and Ortiz then fight on the ropes and Gargano sends Frazier to the floor. Sabin is then eliminated by Axiom. The Grandes then fight and Tara eliminates them both. Hendry then kicks Fenix and Elijah chops Hill. Hill then punches Elijah. Elijah then sends Hill to the apron and eliminates him with a boot. Parker then punches Angel and Belt.
Parker then hits a knee on Angel, Angel and Belt eliminate Park and they dance. Fenix then dropkicks Belt from the apron. In addition, the clown hits Angel with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker and a pop-up punch. Clown then hits Angel with a headbutt and Keyes eliminates Clown. Axiom then hits Gargano with a kick, but Gargano hits a slingshot DDT on the apron to eliminate Axiom. Ray then eliminates Sherry. Fenix then dropkicks Gargano with a slingshot spear. Cruz is then sent to the apron and Nakamura eliminates him. Hendry then hits a fallaway slam, catches Gargano off the turnbuckle, and Gargano hits a fallaway slam. Hendry then takes a turn and Black removes him. Wilde and Cruise then go after Tara, but Tara sends Cruise to the apron. Tara then threw Wilde over the top rope and Wilde pushed Cruise away for elimination.
A group of people then chase Tara, but he chases them away. Tara then hits an uppercut and a clothesline. Fenix then hits a few kicks but it has no effect and Tara sends Fenix into the turnbuckle. Tara then caught Fenix off the ropes and choked her to the apron, resulting in Fenix being eliminated. Black then eliminates Nakamura. Elijah then hits a knee on Black and Elijah is sent to the apron. Elijah then landed a punch and Black kicked Elijah off the turnbuckle to eliminate him. Tozawa then hits a German suplex on Black, but Black hits a black mass and eliminates Tozawa. Otis isn’t happy with Black and Otis hits a few clotheslines and slams into Angel. Otis then hits a splash on Angel and Gargano in the corner. Angel is then eliminated and Gargano takes a nap on the mat. Otis then attacks Caterpillar and eliminates Gargano. Otis then powersbombs Rough Ryder and Matt is eliminated.
The current roster includes Otis, Aleister Black, Tara Tonga, and Lois Keyes. Otis then hits a clothesline on Black, but Black hits the Black Mass. Black hits a knee to Keyes, but Keyes clotheslines Black over the top rope to eliminate him. Ortiz then hits Keyes and Tara with a shoulder tackle. Otis then hits a slam on Keyes and Tara hits a boot on Otis. Tara then eliminates Otis. We’re closing in on Tara Tonga and Lois Keyes. Tara then grabs Keyes, but Keyes escapes a chokeslam, and Keyes hits a spinebuster and clotheslines Tara over the top rope to the floor.

Next, we get a video package for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship match.
Cody Rhodes’ music then hits and he makes his way down to the ring. Cody then picks up the microphone and starts asking Las Vegas what he wants to talk about. Cody then says he’s not going to talk about the past three WrestleManias or the plots of people trying to stab him. And Cody says it’s the final boss, Travis Scott, or he won’t reveal his name, but he should go home. Cody then says tomorrow will be easy. Cody then tells him that it’s about two men competing in a contest for the biggest prize in the game. Cody then says he will be fighting his friend Randy Orton. Cody then says he doesn’t buy into conspiracy theories. Cody then says that Randy was talking about how he was perceived.
Cody then said that was an interesting choice of words for Randy because he’s never taken responsibility for himself. Cody then says that Randy lost in 2009 by burning everything in front of him. Then Cody said that just like Randy had gotten so much better, there was a word he was most often associated with now. CM Punk then interrupted and he went down to the ring. Cody then asks Punk’s champion to be his champ and his friend to his friend if he would kick Cody’s balls against him if he shakes his hand and hugs him. Punk then says that there are many people who deserve to have their balls kicked, but Cody is not one of them. He then said he might have a little advice, but he wanted to make sure Cody didn’t talk about tourists who weren’t worth his time. Punk then asks if Cody is wearing a bow tie.
Then Cody says they have a place in the Hall of Fame. Then he says that punk looks smarter. Punk then says that the last time he wore a suit in a WWE ring may have been at Teddy Long’s wedding. Punk then stated that they were discussing their paths thus far and that he would enjoy the fact that both of them would be standing in the middle of the ring as friends and as the headliners of WrestleMania. And he says it’s beyond Punk to give Cody advice because you did something Punk never did. Punk then told Cody to focus on Randy. And he said, you learned from Cena and your father. Then he said you don’t know what will happen this weekend and you’ll be here on Monday. Then Punk says he’s coming here. And he said, you helped build this. Punk then asks people to join him on his next adventure. Punk then says he’s proud of Cody and tells him to finish his job and have fun.
Cody then told Punk to stay in the ring. And he says there’s one thing he wants to share with Punk. And he said he knows who Punk is up against. And he says he’s playing against a guy they put conditions on. And he said, you’re going against the most powerful force in the industry. And he says, you weren’t born into this world. And he said, you started this job because you loved it. And he said, you were training with Harley Race and hanging out with Terry Funk. Then he said it’s been 10 years since you were gone, but they still screamed your name and chanted it loudly.
And he said, you could have come back and waved your hat and played your greatest hits, but you came back better than ever. Cody then says that Shawn Michaels is back after five years from injury. Then he says you are back. And he said maybe you could be the new Mr. WrestleMania. Cody then tells Punk that he’s one of the few people who can say that. And he thanks Punk for teaching him and sharing this moment with him. Then Cody said you were someone he often consulted. Cody then says his father would be proud of Punk. Then they shake hands and hug each other.
Cody’s music plays there. So Punk tells them to cut the music. And he said he wasn’t going to cry on Friday night in Las Vegas, he would cry after he beat Roman’s a** on Sunday. And he said these titles belong to the fans as well as for them, and he’s here to celebrate with them. They then leave the ring and the WrestleMania video package airs as the show draws to a close.
