Today’s WWE RAW, airing on January 19, 2026, promises an action-packed night live from the SSE Arena in Belfast, Northern Ireland. On this show, WWE World Heavyweight Champion “The Best in the World” CM Punk will defend his title against Finn Balor of The Judgment Day. WWE RAW Results (1/19/26): Live Match Updates and Highlights
The show opens with comments welcoming us as we see WWE World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk arrive at the building. His challenger, Finn Balor, is then shown arriving, and Balor has a big reaction. Maxine Dupri also walks backstage with Otis and Akira Tozawa to take on Becky Lynch for the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship. Los Americanos are then shown arriving. Rey Mysterio, Penta, and Dragon Lee then discuss backstage and will face “Big” Bronson Reed, Logan Paul, and Austin Theory.
Afterwards, head into the SSE Arena to watch the big fireworks display. Then GUNTHER’s music hits and he comes down to the ring with a big smile on his face. GUNTHER started saying okay, you can calm down. Gunther then says that AJ made a mistake last week. Gunther said he participated in the match blindfolded. Gunther then said that AJ was so focused on making him tap out that he forgot that AJ was in the ring with the greatest wrestler in WWE. And Gunther said his future is very bright and will lead to a return to the world championships. Gunther then announces that he is officially entering the Royal Rumble. Gunter speaks as a man who lived for 1 hour, 11 minutes, and 46 seconds.
AJ Styles’ music then interrupts and AJ makes his way down to the ring. AJ starts saying that he knows GUNTHER wants to move on, but he doesn’t. AJ then says he will have a rematch with Gunther at the Royal Rumble. Gunther then laughed and told AJ that the answer was no, as he intended to win the Royal Rumble and had no intention of holding both titles. AJ then says that GUNTHER seems scared. AJ then says he knows his hand was raised, but GUNTHER didn’t beat him. Then AJ says he beat him. Then AJ says GUNTHER tapped out like a bit of an idiot. AJ then told GUNTHER to tell him if he was scared so he could move on.
And Gunther said last week that he proved he was smarter and a better wrestler than AJ. Gunther then says he has no motivation to wrestle, so the answer is still no. Gunter then goes to the apron but returns to the ring. Then Gunther says there might be something AJ can do. AJ then tells GUNTHER to name it. Gunther tells AJ to shut up and listen when he speaks. Gunther then says that if AJ wants a rematch at the Royal Rumble, he wants AJ to put his career on the line. Gunther then tells AJ to think about whether it’s a hill worth dying on. Gunther then tells AJ that he wants an answer by the end of the night, unless he’s a little scared.
Maxine Dupri is then seen in the background and Natalya appears and surprises her. Natalya then says she’s here to be in Maxine’s corner to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
Becky Lynch then makes her way down to the ring for the first match of RAW. Becky Lynch then cut a promo stating that this was the first time RAW was coming to the island of Ireland. Then Becky said she was glad to be home because it reminded her of why she left home. Then Becky said the food and the weather were terrible. Becky then says that she can break up with him because she is rich and famous. Becky then says that her father is from Belfast and went out and married a Dubliner. Becky then says that unlike Rory McIlroy, she won’t lose on the final hole.
Maxine Dupri and Natalya then come down to the ring for the first match of RAW.
WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship Match: “The Man” Becky Lynch (c) vs. Alpha Academy’s Maxine Dupri
The match begins with both men locking up and Becky drives Dupri to the mat. Becky then hits a kick and sends Dupri into the turnbuckle. Becky then kicks Dupri into the corner. Dupri then hits a flurry of Thes presses and punches. Dupri then applies a waistlock and Becky gets a standing switch. Dupri then rolls through into an ankle lock. Dupri then hits a dropkick. Dupri then hits a baseball slider and a cannonball. Dupri then goes to the turnbuckle and superplexes Becky into the ring, but Becky blocks it. Becky then hits a neckbreaker into the top turnbuckle.
Becky then throws Dupri into the ringside barrier several times. Becky then brings Dupri back into the ring and Becky goes for a leg drop into the turnbuckle for a near fall. Becky then gets into an argument with the referee. Becky then blocks a back elbow and Dupri hits a backslide for a near fall. Dupri then gets a rollup for a near fall. Becky then kicks Dupri, resulting in a near fall. Becky then hits a forearm into the corner followed by an Exploder for a near fall.
Becky then misses a forearm in the corner and Dupri hits a splash. Dupri then hits a series of forearms and Becky hits a kick. Becky then hits a kick and a clothesline for a near fall. Becky then goes to Pie and Dupri, who hits some forearms and a clothesline. Dupri then hits a jumping knee and a splash. Dupri then hit a series of corner kicks. Dupri then hits a fisherman’s suplex. Dupri then hits a step-up legdrop to the back of the head for a near fall. More back elbows by Becky, Bicycle Kick by Dupri and Dupri gets caught in the ropes. Becky then hits a slam for a near fall.
Becky then goes for a Uranage, but Dupri hits the snap mare for a near fall. Becky then takes a near fall. Becky then hits a gut wrench and goes for a cross arm breaker, but Dupri blocks it. Becky then hits a disarm harm and a cross arm breaker. Dupri then locks him in an ankle lock. Becky then gets a victory roll with a nearfall. Dupri then hits a heel kick for a near fall. Dupri then goes up top and Becky hits a forearm to stop her. Dupri then throws a punch, and Becky punches back. Both women then exchange punches on the turnbuckles. Becky then goes for a superplex and she hits it and rolls through for a DDT and gets a nearfall.
Becky then yelled at the referee again and she punched Dupri. Becky then exposes the top turnbuckle and Dupri gets a rollup for a near fall. Becky then hits a kick, but Becky avoids being sent into the turnbuckle. Dupri then hits a German suplex. Dupri then goes up top and hits a crossbody, but Becky rolls over for a near fall. Dupri then counters Urange with a victory roll and switches to an ankle lock. Becky then crawls into the corner on the exposed turnbuckle and Dupri stops short. Becky then splashes into the turnbuckle and Dupri hits a roundhouse kick. Natty then hangs Becky’s foot on the rope to stop the count, much to Dupri’s shock. Becky then hit a manhandle slam for the win.

After the match, Nattie lands a double leg takedown on Dupri, followed by a few punches. Natty then punches Dupri. Natty then hits a thrust kick and tells Dupree that she’s not going to learn. Natty then slaps Dupri. Dupri then hits a punch and Natty hits a flying clothesline. Natty then puts Dupree in a sniper. The referee then entered the ring and politely asked Nattie to break the hold. Natty then releases the hold and punches Dupri several more times.
The commentators then talk about how disappointed they are in Natty and we return to the ring where Natty resumes his attack on Dupree.
Next, we get the video from last Monday’s RAW. There, Bron Breaker was no longer in the main event after being cautioned by Adam Pearce. We then see Breaker grabbing Pierce and threatening to kill him. Pearce was subsequently suspended indefinitely, with Paul Heyman saying that Pearce was the one who laid hands on him in the first place.
We then head to the back and RAW General Manager Adam Pearce is talking to AJ Styles. He says just because GUNTHER makes a challenge doesn’t mean he has to accept it. AJ then says he will call his wife. Paul Heyman then walked up to Pearce and asked him about his week. Pearce then says it’s been a great week, confusing Heyman. Pearce then says this is a great week because Bron Breaker is suspended and they’re in Belfast. Heyman asks why he’s not in London. Pearce then told Heyman to tell his men to be on their best behavior as he will be at ringside and Heyman is not happy.
We then see Kathy Kelly and Bravo, Ray and El Grande Americano in the interview area. Cassie asks Grande about Jevon Evans. Grande then asks where Paisano is tonight. Grande then said why was she surprised that they could only understand one language. Then Rayo and Bravo say they have no culture. Then Bravo says they look like Jevon Evans. Grande then says that miracles only happen once and that luck will eventually run out. And Grande says that moment is tonight when you face the greatest luchador in history. Grande then tells her to be ready because she’s going to learn something.
Next, we get a video package of CM Punk and Finn Balor.
Raquel Rodriguez is then seen entering the Judgment Day clubhouse and she says Stephanie is not acquitted. And she says that if Stephanie puts the title on her, she’ll lose worse than she did last week. Liv then says that Raquel will be the next champion. And Liv says this will be their year. And she says Finn and Raquel will win the title. Liv then says that although she didn’t trust Roxy at first, she is her little genius and will win the title on Saturday. Finn then says they’re on his island and the world title is on the line. Then Finn said he wasn’t leaving without it.
Then Jey Uso comes out in the aisle and says he’s in your town. Jay then says that he came here last week to announce the existence of the tag division. Jey then says he’s here to say he’s going to be in the Royal Rumble tonight. Jay then says he’s going to win back-to-back. Jay then says this is a warning to everyone.
Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods, and Grayson Waller are then seen yelling at Adam Pearce about traveling to Martin Luther King Day for a tag title match. Pearce then says that he will be participating in a fatal 4-way match for the title next week.
