AEW Dynamite Results (March 18, 2026): Live Match Updates and Highlights
The show begins with a video package recapping last weekend’s AEW Revolution PPV.
Then Will Ospreay’s music hits, the commentator welcomes us, and when he comes down to the ring for the first match of the night, his opponent is already in the ring.
Single match: “Aerial Assassin” Will Ospreay vs. Swirl’s “Vanilla Baby” Blake Christian
The match begins with Blake Christian catching his breath. Christian then gets the upper hand briefly with a splash to the floor. Will Ospreay then returns and beats Christian on the outside. Christian then fights Osprey. Christian then puts Ospreay on the barricade, but Ospreay hits a series of jumping elbows. Ospreay then hits a springboard elbow and gets a two count. Christian then hits a DDT to stop Ospreay’s momentum. Then Christian stomps Ospreay. Then Osprey counterattacks with a quick attack.
Christian then hits Ospreay with a DDT to the floor. Then Christian hits a 450 splash for a two count. Christian then hits a cutter on Ospreay for a near fall. Christian then hits Ospreay with a standing slice of bread to make it 2-2. Ospreay then countered Christian’s Hidden Blade and won with one of his own.

After the game, Ospreay got on the microphone and said he missed the fans. Ospreay then says that you don’t need a weapon to break someone’s neck. Then Osprey says he can do it with his bare hands. Jon Moxley and Wheeler Yuta then escape. The Osprey then rushes through the crowd and a scuffle ensues. PAC then shut down the Osprey and applied Brutalizer as authorities attempted to bring the situation under control.
The Bang Bang Gang descends into the ring amidst the commotion for the next match of the night.
Tag match: Death Riders (AEW Continental Champion Jon Moxley and Yuta Wheeler) vs. Bang Bang Gang (Ace Austin and Juice Robinson)
The match begins with Death Rider launching attacks to gain the upper hand. Then Juice Robinson fights back and unloads on Yuta Wheeler. Then Ace Austin joins in and Jon Moxley turns things around for the Death Riders. Moxley then trades chops with Juice Robinson. After a back-and-forth battle, Jon Moxley and Wheeler Yuta isolate Ace Austin. Austin carries Moxley on his back, but Moxley blocks Austin by gouging out his eyes. Moxley then applies the Texas Cloverleaf before transitioning into the Crossface.
And ace Austin finally teams up with Juice Robinson. Robinson then takes Yuta down with a chop. Follow up with a lariat. Juice then hit a jab on Yuta before Daniel Garcia got on the apron to create a distraction. Austin Gunn then knocks down Garcia. Moxley then appears, but Robinson takes him down. Robinson then hits a powerbomb on Yuta and gets a two count. Ace Austin became the legal officer. Additionally, Yuta Wheeler hits an ugly knee on Ace Austin. Furthermore, Jon Moxley takes down Juice Robinson with a cutter, and Yuta unleashes a diving attack from outside. Moxley then hit Austin with the Death Rider for the win.

We then get a video package showcasing the upcoming Coffin Match between Darby Allin and Gabe Kidd.
Gabe Kidd then cut a promo and warned Darby Allin ahead of tonight’s Coffin match. Kidd then tells Arin to meet him in the parking lot.
Then comes the Kenny Omega promo following the Revolution last Sunday. Omega challenged Swerve Strickland for the AEW World Championship number one contendership.
Gabe Kidd was then seen waiting in the parking lot as a car approached. Darby Allyn then jumps out and attacks Kid.
Coffin match: The Dogs’ Gabe Kidd vs. Darby Allin
The match starts with right hands from both men, then Kidd slams Allin into the hood of a car. Kid begins to strangle Allin, but Allin stabs Kid in the eye. Arin takes a rag and a bottle from his bag. He then pours the liquid onto the cloth and places it over Kid’s face. Arin then throws Kid into the trunk of the car and gets into the car. Arin then backs up and runs over a number of boxes. The car then rolls over and ends up upside down. Allin then crawls out of the car and gets into the passenger seat. He then opens the trunk of the car and Kid falls out of the car. Arin grabs a wooden box and places Kid on top of it. Then he started pushing the crate and we headed to ringside.
We then see Allin drag Kidd into the ring. Allin then takes out a skateboard, a straight jacket, and a chair. Allin then puts Kid on a chair and puts Kid on a straight jacket. Allin then grabs his skateboard, but Kid kicks him and throws him into the steel steps. Allin bleeds from his face and Kid bites him. The Kid then opens the coffin and slams the coffin door onto Allyn’s finger. After a back-and-forth fight, Allin and Kid fight on the turnbuckles. Allin then hits an Avalanche Code Red. Then Kid counters with a powerslam. Kid is still trapped in a straitjacket. Kid tries to trap Arin in a coffin, but Arin bites Kid in the face.
Kidd then returns to the ring. Allin then grabbed a skateboard and hit Kid with it. Allin then climbs to the top rope and hits a coffin drop. Allin then climbs the top rope and hits another coffin drop. Allin then grabs Kid and begins to pull him, but Kid kicks Allin. Kid stands on the ring apron, but Allin trips him and falls out of the ring. Allin then gets in the ring and hits a suicide dive. The Kid then falls into the coffin again and the coffin door closes.

After the match, Allin grabbed the microphone and said he was going to keep the throttle until he saw God or the World Heavyweight Championship. Allin then tells MJF that he will come get him.
Then the Jurassic Express arrives and Jack Perry is seen coming out. He says Revolution was a great night for his family, and tonight he’ll be teaming up with two guys who are like family to him. The Young Bucks then appear and talk about tonight’s main event.
Prince Nana entered the ring. Nana then hypes Swerve Strickland after his actions in Revolution. Nana then takes Strickland out, Strickland’s music plays and Strickland goes down to the ring. Prince Nana then places a chair and Swerve sits down. The lights then dim and the spotlight shines on Swerve. He says he went to war with Brody King during the Revolution. And Swerve says that the only true winners in war are those with power. Swerve then said that while it was fun to beat Brody in his home state of California, he wasn’t satisfied because AEW’s power lies elsewhere. Swerve then says that he has dealt with power all his life. Swerve then says that, truth be told, if the Young Bucks hadn’t intervened in their Dynasty match last year, he would have been a two-time champion by now.
Swerve then says he’s the new number one contender for the AEW Championship, but what’s the point of being number one if you don’t have the power to defend it? Swerve then tells Omega that he has no influence. Then Swerve says you won’t get anything by hitting him twice. Swerve then says that he is interested in Omega’s power. Swerve then tells Omega that he doesn’t want him removed from power, that he wants power for himself. Swerve then said he wanted to block anyone else he thought could get his hands on it. Swerve then tells Omega that he must relinquish his position as EVP if he wants a rematch. Swerve says that if he defeats Omega, he will become AEW’s new executive vice president.
Next, Renee Puckett heads to the back with “Speedball” Mike Bailey. Bailey says some people can tell a star just by looking at them. Bayley then says she had to prove herself and believe in herself. And Bailey says he had to fight for nearly 20 years all over the world to get people to believe in him.
Mark Davis then makes his way down to the ring for the next match of the night, followed by Mike Bailey.
Single match: AEW World Trios Champion “Speedball” Mike Bailey of Jet Speed vs. Mark Davis of Don Callis Family
The match starts with Mark Davis swinging at some wild haymakers early on. Mike Bailey then cornered Davis and hit him with a series of kicks. Davis then takes Bayley down with a shoulder tackle. Mark Davis then followed up with a slam and senton to take full control of the match. Davis then cuts Bayley down. Bayley then reverses, but only gets a one count with a standing moonsault. Bayley then drops Davis on the apron and follows up with a triangle moonsault. Intense action unfolds at ringside. Davis then hits Bayley with a delayed vertical suplex on the apron.
After a back-and-forth, Bayley hits Davis with a Liger Bomb for a two count. Bayley then hits a Shooting Star Press and gets another near fall. Bayley and Davis then trade slaps and Bayley hits a spin kick on Davis. Both men then exchange heavy blows. Davis then hits a big knee strike. Davis then hit a chop and lariat combo, followed by a BT bomb for a two count. Bayley then hits a heel kick to the back of Davis’ neck. After that, both teams come close to winning the match. Bayley then hits a knee strike. Bayley then hits a spin kick and then wins with the Ultima Weapon.

We then see a video package of MJF celebrating his victory over “Hangman” Adam Page at Revolution 2026. MJF says he will maintain GOAT status for the next 20 years.
Kazuchika Okada, Trent Beretta and Rocky Romero cut a promo and take shots at The Young Bucks and Jack Perry.
We then see a clip from earlier in the day where Toni Storm was brought out in the locker room. Marina Shafir then cut a promo ahead of her next match. Marina Shafir then makes her way down to the ring for the next match of the night, followed by Mina Shirakawa.
No Holds Bird Match: Mina Shirakawa vs. Death Riders “The Problem” Marina Shafir
The match begins with Mina Shirakawa lunging at Marina Shafir with her bat, and she hits the bat. Marina Shafir then stops Shirakawa and slams him to the mat. Then Shirakawa intercepts Shafir and hits a running knee strike. After some exchange, Shafir throws Shirakawa into the ring. Shafir then bounces off the audience. Shirakawa then tries to reverse, but Shafir slams Shirakawa into a steel chair. Shafir then drinks a beer in the ring. Shafir continues his attack on Shirakawa. Shirakawa then fires back with La Mistica and follows up with a dropkick off the turnbuckle.
Shirakawa then uses a sling blade to get Shafir a two count. Shafir then tries to stomp on Shirakawa, and Shirakawa goes to retrieve the breast milk, but Shirakawa pushes his thumb into Shafir’s eye. Then Shafir knocks Shirakawa down. She then brings out a table to ringside. Both men then exchange blows on the apron, and Shafir hits Shirakawa with a back suplex through a table. Shafir then gets a two count in the ring. Shirakawa then picks up a champagne bottle and blows it on Shafir. Shirakawa then delivered a backfist and a Storm Zero to Shafir for the win.

We then head to the back where John Cruz hands Andrade El Idro a briefcase of money and Don Callis explains on a video call that MJF offered the Don Callis family a large sum of money to take down Darby Allin.
Jack Perry and the Young Bucks then make their way down to the ring for the main event of the night, followed by the Don Callis Family.
Trio match: Jurassic Express AEW National Champion “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry and the Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson) vs. Don Callis Family (Trent Beretta, Rocky “Azucar” Romero, AEW International Champion “The Rainmaker” Kazuchika Okada)
The match begins with Jack Perry and Kazuchika Okada, with Perry getting the upper hand on Okada, but RPG Vice attacks Perry. The Young Bucks then take on RPG Vice. The babyface then isolates Okada in the ring. The Bucks then double-teamed Trent Beretta and Rocky Romero. The Don Callis family then takes control of the match after some shenanigans. Okada then drops Perry by the neck onto his knee before celebrating. Romero then slams Perry headfirst into the turnbuckle. The Don Callis family cornered Perry. Romero then begins to celebrate by sliding in the ring. Okada is then tagged.
Perry then briefly fights back, but his attack is stopped. Okada then hits a DDT on Perry. Matt Jackson then breaks the pinfall attempt. Okada then whips Perry, but misses with a series of elbows. Perry then hits a lariat on Okada. Nick Jackson is then tagged in and unloads on RPG Vice, giving the Young Bucks momentum. The Young Bucks then hit an RPG vice swanton/elbow drop combo. Then there’s a superkick party before RPG Vice hits a jumping knee. The Bucks then counter RPG Vice with the Double Sharpshooter.
Perry then sets a snare trap on Okada. After that, Don Callis’ family somehow survives. Okada then hits a dropkick on Nick Jackson and Romero hits a sliced bread on Perry. Beretta then hits Matt Jackson with a knee kick. Romero goes for a cover but Perry breaks it up. Okada, Beretta, and Romero then go for piledrivers, but The Young Bucks and Perry bite them. He also performs a triple superkick and a BTE trigger. Perry then hits a running knee on Romero. Matt Jackson then went for the cover and got the win.

After the game, The Young Bucks picked up the microphone and said his microphone went out on Sunday. And they said they thought they could win the tag team titles because their families were in the front row. And they say FTR was the better team on Sunday. Nick then went to a birthday party, but says he was too embarrassed to let anyone see him. And he says his father told him to remember who they were. He also told them that there is an arena full of fans who still believe in them and continue to love them. And he says he told them they were proud of them and that their father wasn’t wrong about that. And he said they know who they are and there is no team behind them that will prevent them from winning the AEW World Tag Team Titles, even if it means having to scratch and claw.
Then Coop’s music plays and he comes out. Then he looks and out comes Christian Cage. They then get in the ring. Coop tells them that this may sound trite, but he respects them. And he said his match with FTR was one of the best wrestling matches he’s ever seen, and he doesn’t hold them down. Coop then says that he can empathize with FTR because not only did he attack his family, but he also attacked his wife. Coop then says that Beth is a bad guy and that he doesn’t need to protect her, but that Beth hasn’t been able to see eye to eye for the past six months until they find out if she needs spinal fusion surgery. He then said that now that she was safe, she had to return to AEW. He then said he wanted to win the AEW World Tag Team Championship, stating that they respect the Young Bucks but wished he had heard it from them first. Then, on Dynasty, he said that he would be FTR with Cage & Coop in the AEW World Tag Team Championship match.
Cage then says that while this is personal for the three of them, it’s also personal for him. He then said that because winning the Tag Team Championship means making tons of money. He then said, “But this is also personal because they get the chance to prove that not only are they the best tag team of their generation, but they’re also the best tag team of Matt and Nick’s generation.”
FTR then escapes with Stokely. Cash and Harwood then enter the ring but are hit with a double superkick and a spear. Christian then hits Wheeler with a low blow. Coop, Cage and The Young Bucks win the tag team titles. The Young Bucks then let them go and left the ring. Coop and Cage then retain the tag team titles as the show draws to a close.
