AEW Clash Results (3/28/26): Live Match Updates and Highlights

The show opens with commentary welcoming us to the Babes of Wrath as they descend into the ring for their first match of the night. Divine Dominion comes down to the ring next.

AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship Match: Divine Dominion (“The Megasus” Megan Bain and Lena Cross) (c) vs. Babes of Wrath (AEW TBS Champion Willow Nightingale and Harley Cameron)

The match started with Harley Cameron getting punched in the face by Lena Cross, which led to a brawl. Nightingale then hit Bane with a back suplex and she smiled broadly at the camera. Cameron follows up with Shining Wizard, and Nightingale hits a sliding crossbody for a one count. Then Cameron goes up top and takes out Bane with a diving crossbody. While Bane and Cameron distract the referee, Cross drags Nightingale out and goes for an electric chair facebuster on the apron. Bane then attempts to commit suicide by jumping, but his leg gets caught in the rope and he narrowly avoids a horrific accident. The Divine Dominion then recovers and continues to control Nightingale.

Cameron then tagged Nightingale after a few minutes of agony, and Nightingale flared up. Cameron then hits a counter wheelbarrow facebuster into a single leg Boston Crab. Cross is then saved by Bane’s interference. Divine Dominion then stacks the Angry Babes in opposite corners and sends the Angry Babes into each other, splashing them repeatedly before taking them down with two huge clotheslines. Cameron then kicks out but just barely. Nightingale then manages to tag in and lights up Divine Dominion. Nightingale then hits a German suplex on Cross and Bane. Then a double shotgun dropkick from the second rope puts Divine Dominion on his back, Nightingale tags in Cameron and goes for the Drop Bear, but Bane kicks out and only gets a count of two.

Nightingale and Cameron then placed the Divine Dominion in a single leg Boston Crab. Divine Dominion then interrupted the tag team operation and won the Divine Intervention on Cameron.

We then head to the back where Lexi Nair is talking to the Brawling Birds, who were supposed to work as a tag team. Mina Shirakawa then appears, and this time Mina and Birds issue an open challenge.

The Rascals then go down to the ring for their next match of the night, followed by MxM TV.

Single match: Myron Reed of The Rascals vs. Johnny TV of MxM TV

The match begins with both men locked up, but Johnny backs away. He then came off the ropes and kicked Myron, knocking him to the floor. Johnny then covers Reed for a two count. Johnny then misses Starship Pain. Reed then dropped Johnny with a cutter, and then Reed hit a big 450 on Johnny, covering him for the win.

The winner of the singles match is Myron Reed of The Rascals!

After that, you will receive a promotion from Death Riders. Jon Moxley and Daniel Garcia will face off tonight at Private Party, but they don’t feel the former AEW World Tag Team Champions are up to the task. Then the Death Riders say they’ll see if they can go out with them tonight.

Lexi Naar is then seen talking to the private party and they say that tonight is not about the party. Cassidy then speaks to Jon Moxley and Daniel Garcia.

The Death Riders then make their way down to the ring for their next match that night, followed by Private Party.

Tag match: Private Party (Isiah Cassidy & Marq Quen) vs. Death Riders (AEW Continental Champion Jon Moxley & Daniel Garcia)

The match starts with Danny Garcia and Isiah Cassidy and it’s a nice back and forth until Garcia disrespects Cassidy with a slap in the face. Cassidy then fights back with a double leg takedown and starts raining punches down. Moxley makes the tag and Cassidy’s fire goes out. Moxley begs for his best shot but they do nothing for him. Together, Private Party is able to stun Moxley with an atomic drop and enzigiri combo. Private Party then goes for Poetry in Motion, but Moxley hits a shot from the corner and nearly decapitates Cassidy with a clothesline. Quen is then dragged by his hair to the Death Riders’ corner, where they continue to increase the pressure.

Quen then hits a big leaping enziguiri on Moxley and Moxley gets to Cassidy. Cassidy then provoked Garcia with strikes and sent Moxley to the floor with a springboard moonsault, slamming into Garcia. He then hits a Swanton Bomb on Garcia. He then crashed a Canadian destroyer into Garcia. Moxley then attempts to turn the situation around, but is captured by Silly String of Private Party. Garcia follows up with a combination cutter, and Quen nails Moxley to the floor with another dive. Cassidy then hits Garcia with a 450 splash for a two count.

Quen is then sent to the floor and Claudio Castagnoli puts him to bed while the referee is distracted. Cassidy then counters the Dragon Tamer with a rollup, but is unable to secure the victory. Afterwards, Death Rider’s cutter and piledriver combo stuns Cassidy, but he still kicks out. Quen is still on the floor and Cassidy gets put in the Dragon Tamer and taps out.

Next, we get The Demand cut from last night’s Global Wars promo. Ricochet talks to Kenny Omega and Brody King. Ricochet then talked about Jack Perry and said that GOA caused Omega to lose the national title when he called the referee to keep him from participating in the Blackjack Battle Royal.

We then head to the back where Lexi Nair interviews Kyle Fletcher, Kazuchika Okada, and Mark Davis. Mr. Fletcher said he did not like the business relationship with MJF. He then talks about how they were all World Trios Champions but were stolen by Jet Speed ​​and Mistico. Fletcher then says Josh Alexander has been taken away and tonight is all about revenge. Austin steps in again and goes for a gamengiri, but Ciampa catches him in the air with a knee kick. Ciampa then hit a Psycho Driller from the second rope, sending Austin to the mat for a two count.

Both men are currently making deals with big names. Austin then hits Ciampa with a spinning roundhouse and Austin takes him to a running DVD in the corner. Austin then goes for The Fold but can’t hit it. Ciampa then launched him into the corner and hit a running knee for the win.

After the match, Juice Robinson checks on his partner’s safety. Ciampa then goes for a running knee, but Juice sees it coming and tackles Ciampa. Ciampa then backed away and left the ring.

Then we head to the back and Lexi Naar is interviewing The Rascals. They say they believe a win against Kyle Fletcher and Marge Davis tonight will move them one step closer to competing for the trios title.

Next time we look at Babes of Wrath, it looks like they have amicably disbanded after tonight’s loss. While Willow Nightingale is focused on defending her TBS title, Harley said she plans to go wherever the wind takes her.

Wentz then hits Fletcher with a diving blockbuster and tags out with Desmond Xavier. Xavier then opened fire on Fletcher and Davis, striking both men with big strikes and hitting Fletcher with a cutter to get a two count. Wentz hits a cutter on Fletcher near the ropes, but Fletcher bounces back with an enziguiri, springboard cordbreaker, and neckbreaker. Davis appears and hits Wentz with a spinning back suplex. Wentz then hits Fletcher with a handspring knee, but Davis decapitates him with a lariat. Xavier then hits a Cardiac Kick, but can’t get the pinfall. Davis then overpowers Xavier. He then hits a flying dropkick and flips Xavier over. Davis then hit Xavier with a deadlift piledriver, earning him the victory.

We then see the conversation that happened between Ricochet and Don Callis last night at Global Wars. Karis says Ricochet is the man to defeat Kenny Omega with dynamite.

The commentary then tells you the current lineup for Wednesday Dynamite.

We then go to the backside where Lexi Nair talks to Kevin Knight about her match against Kazuchika Okada for the international title.

Then we go to another backstage area with Death Rider. Jon Moxley said it will be a long time before private parties appear. Moxley then speaks to Will Ospreay.

Kevin Knight then makes his way down to the ring for the main event of the night, followed by Kazuchika Okada.

AEW International Championship Match: Don Callis Family’s “The Rainmaker” Kazuchika (c) vs. Jetspeed’s AEW World Trios Champion “The Jet” Kevin Knight

The match begins with a lockup between both men. Knight then applies a wristlock to Okada. Next, Knight applied the treatment to Okada’s left arm. Then Knight grabbed Okada’s wrist. Knight then hits a hammer throw on Okada, but Okada grabs the ropes. Knight goes to hit Okada but backs away. Okada then falls to the floor. Then he stands up and faces Okada. He then chops Okada, but it has no effect. Knight then knocks Okada down with two lariats. Then Knight picks up Okada and slams him down. Knight then covers Okada with a standing UFO switch for a two count. Then Knight nails Okada on the outside and Okada falls to the floor. Okada then hits a big elbow from the middle rope, knocking the crowd over. Knight then dives for a DDT but is blocked. Knight then hits a flying dropkick. Okada then counters with his signature dropkick. Okada then hits Knight with two short lariats. Okada then goes for a Rainmaker, but Knight dodges it. Okada then fell to the floor and Knight hit a springboard clothesline all the way to the ramp.

Back in the ring, Knight hits a springboard clothesline but Okada kicks out. Then Knight puts Okada on top and goes for a superplex. Okada then blocks and pushes Knight to the mat. Knight jumped to the top, but slipped for a second before Okada shoved him again. Knight gets back up and fights back with a Frankensteiner jump. Okada then sits in the corner and Knight hits him with a Coast to Coast. The Knight then moves towards the UFO Splash. Okada slowly rolls away, but Knight goes for it anyway. Knight then jumps, but lands on Okada’s lap. Knight then counters Rainmaker with a rollup, allowing Okada a nearfall. Okada then grabbed the ropes and pinned Knight for the win.

After the match, Knight blames the referee for not seeing Okada grab the ropes for the win. Then, as the show draws to a close, Okada heads to the back.
